The Long Bay Artificial Reef Association is a Federally recognized non-profit organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible.

The funds to support our programs must be secured by the association. We receive no direct state or federal contributions for material acquisitions. The North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries contributes their equipment and expertise to deploy the materials we procure and to maintain the valuable reef buoys

Although we constantly attempt to secure funding through various Marine grants and other sources the largest source of funds are the sponsors listed on the brochure and individuals like yourself. Your help is needed in order to maintain the level of performance we have reached in the restoration and enhancement of our Brunswick County reef sites.
