LBARA Side Scans

Artificial reef sites were scanned with a Marine Sonic Technology, Ltd (MSTL, 2010), Sea Scan® PC twin channel, single frequency, 600 kHz side scan sonar system. The complete system included a Sea Scan® Centurion PC Control Computer, a 600 kHz towfish, an integral internal GPS navigation system, and a 90 ft Tow Cable. The vessel used for all operations during this project side scan was the 25 ft Parker reef boat. All files are electronically retained for post processing of side scan data.
